Summer Camp

It was a couple days before summer camp was to begin. Only a handful of youth were aware that the camp was even going to start. Yet Mrs. Julie was not concerned. She knew they would come as soon as they heard.

The Saturday before camp the team piled in the trusty Water Walker van and drove around the city. Stopping every few blocks to hand out flyers and let people know camp was starting on Monday. There were times the group would go into a community and they would feel push back but as soon as they heard the camp was with Mrs. Julie they were excited to send their children.

It was obvious that Mrs. Julie and Water Walkers had truly been a blessing throughout the community. Their reputation proceeded them.

A couple days later and a team arrived from all over Belize City to host a Vacation Bible School. By the end of the week the classrooms were bursting at the seams and no one wanted to go home. Check out some of the photos.
